While we strive to offer precise and timely services, we do not guarantee the availability of specific makes, models, or delivery dates.

While we thoroughly vet our network and do our best to verify vehicle quality and documentation, final decisions are made at the discretion of the client, and we strongly recommend independent legal or mechanical review when necessary.
We are not responsible for:

Customs clearance delays, import/export regulations, or taxes imposed by government agencies.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all consultation fees, sourcing fees, and transaction management fees are non-refundable once the service process has commenced. This includes but is not limited to time invested in research, negotiations, verification, and paperwork.
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

If Lux Vehic Pick is unable to begin the service after full payment and written confirmation.

If no sourcing actions have been undertaken, and the request for cancellation is made in writing within 24 hours of payment.
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any refund and will communicate the outcome within 14 business days of request submission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
